Welcome to week 3 of my #favoritethings. (If you missed week 1 & 2, you can read them HERE ) . Onto this weeks things I'm digging:
I LOVE WATER! I know some people think it is blah and boring or have and have to force themselves to drink it, but thankfully that's the not the case for me. I can drink it all day, no issue.
I also love that more and more airports have water bottle refill stations. I always try to travel with my own water bottle (flying / traveling is expensive enough. I don't want to spend more on the EXTREMELY overpriced items at the airport. Plus, refilling creates less waste). Ever tried filling one of these up in a regular drinking fountain. HA. It's a challenge, always. Thanks to the REFILL STATION, filling up is easy peasy filling via the top spout (this one also had a filter that showed how many bottles have been saved). Little things like this, make me smile B I G !
TACO TUESDAY (OR IN THIS CASE, THURSDAY!)
#TacoTuesday has become a weekly thing in our house. (Seeing we weren't home this week, it's been moved to Thursday!)
: Grilled Baja Shrimp taco :
fat free Greek yogurt based cilantro lime crema, avocado, scratch made sriracha lime slaw, garnished with fresh cilantro and lime juice....soooo delish! I think it's pretty obvious, but just in case it's not - pairs AMAZING with a margarita! Cheers.
SWOLEMATE: (Noun) Your life-long gym partner. The one you simply can't lift without. You would never dare let someone else spot you once you've found your true swolemate. You and your swolemate grow together, both literally and figuratively.
There’s strength in numbers — literally. While a solo sweat session can be therapeutic and confidence-boosting, we can all get by with a little help from our friends. It’s easier to feel motivated when you can look to your side and see a fitness buddy who can’t stop, won’t stop.
Plus, sweaty selfies are more fun together!
